Conditioning and Sparring class is a high impact, non-stop, physical class. It's challenging no matter what the students' fitness level. Class begins with warm ups and is followed by various work out routines. Jump rope, calisthenics, and heavy bag work, are all part of the class. Partner work includes focus target routines, sparring drills, 3 step sparring techniques, and free sparring. At the end of class there is a cool down with stretching.
Each class is varied to keep it fresh although the intensity level remains the same from class to class. Positive results in the students' fitness level and martial arts ability will be recognized after a short time. The atmosphere is high energy with upbeat music and fun motivated students and instructors. Come in and try a class and you will meet new people and have a great exciting workout.
